Refund and Return Policy

This policy covers purchases of Pocket Cologne, Scent No. 0013, made through Digistore24.

60-day return window

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us at hello@pocketcologne.com within 60 days of the date your payment was processed to arrange a return. Include your order number and the email address used at checkout.

Condition

Returns are accepted for unopened or unused sticks. Once we receive the item back, we will issue a refund to the original payment method through Digistore24.

Refund timing

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of us receiving the returned item, and typically post to your statement within 5–10 business days after that, depending on your bank or card issuer.
