Shipping Information

Every Pocket Cologne and Pocket Perfume order ships from Frisco, Texas with tracking. No surprise fees, no carrier drama, no missing packages we can't find. Here is exactly how it works.

Processing Time

Orders placed before 2pm CT, Monday through Friday ship the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff or on a weekend ship the next business day. We do not ship on weekends or federal holidays, but our warehouse runs every other day of the year. If you order on Friday at 11am CT, your package leaves the building before 5pm. If you order Friday at 4pm CT, it leaves Monday morning.

Most orders are picked, packed, and labeled within four hours of payment. The tracking number you receive by email is live the moment the label is scanned by the carrier at our dock, usually within an hour of email delivery.

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping, Free over $50

USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground depending on your zip code. 3 to 5 business days coast to coast. Flat $5.99 for orders under $50, free on every order $50 and over. This is the default at checkout because it gets to 95% of US addresses without paying for speed you do not need on a fragrance stick.

Expedited, $12.99 flat

USPS Priority Mail or UPS 2-Day Air. 2 business days from the moment the label scans. We pick the carrier that gets to your zip code fastest. Choose this if you need it for a date that is four or five days away and want a buffer.

Overnight, $29.99 flat

UPS Next Day Air. 1 business day. Orders must be placed before 12pm CT to make the same-day dispatch cutoff. Choose this for last-minute gifts, an unexpected trip, or a corporate gifting deadline.

Tracking Your Order

Tracking emails go out the moment your label is printed in our warehouse. The subject line is "Your Pocket Cologne order is on its way." Click the tracking number in the email to follow the package on the carrier's site. Tracking updates first appear when the carrier scans the package at our pickup, usually within an hour of the email.

If you don't see a tracking email within 24 hours of ordering, check spam and promotions folders, then message us with your order number and we will resend it manually. Some email providers (Yahoo and AOL especially) flag confirmation emails the first time you order from a new sender.

International Shipping

We currently ship to the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO addresses. International shipping is coming in Q3 2026 starting with Canada, then UK + EU, then Australia. Join our email list at the bottom of the page to get the launch announcement first. Customs duties and import taxes will be the buyer's responsibility on international orders, as they are with every D2C brand we have shipped from.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is marked delivered but is not at your door, wait 24 hours. Carriers sometimes scan delivered when the package is on the truck for the next day. After 24 hours, check with neighbors and your building front desk if you have one, then contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will replace the order at no cost.

If your package arrives damaged (broken stick, cracked tube, ripped outer box), email hello@pocketcologne.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We replace damaged orders at no cost, no return required. Take a photo before throwing the package away.

Carrier-side issues like a wrong scan, weather hold, or rerouted truck are rare but happen. We will work with you and the carrier to either get the package moving again or send a replacement, whichever is faster.

Address Changes After Ordering

If you spot a typo in your address right after checkout, message us within 30 minutes and we will catch the order before it ships. After the label prints we cannot change the destination on a carrier-side rerouting fee basis, but we can intercept the package and resend it once it returns to us if the carrier marks it undeliverable. The fastest fix is to email hello@pocketcologne.com within the first hour of placing the order.

Subscription Shipping (Pocket+)

Active Pocket+ subscriptions ship free on every shipment, regardless of order size or destination within the US. Your shipment goes out on the cadence you set (monthly, every other month, quarterly) and you can change, skip, or cancel up to 48 hours before the next ship date from your account page.

Pocket+ orders ship with the same Standard Shipping window (3 to 5 business days). If you need an individual Pocket+ shipment to arrive faster, upgrade just that month to Expedited or Overnight from your account.

Packaging

Every order ships in a recyclable kraft paper mailer with shredded paper void fill, no plastic peanuts and no foam. The fragrance sticks are sealed inside their twist-up tubes and protected by a slim cardboard tray. Single sticks ship in the smallest mailer that fits the order. Bundles ship in a flat-pack mailer that fits through a standard mail slot.

Why Texas?

Our warehouse is in Frisco, Texas, which sits in the middle of the country with same-day pickup from both USPS regional and UPS hubs. This is why we can guarantee 3 to 5 day standard shipping anywhere in the lower 48 instead of the 5 to 8 day window most coastal warehouses offer. Texas is also where we hand-pour and quality-check every stick before it ships.
