These terms govern your use of pocketperfume.com, pocketcologne.com, and any purchase you make from us.
1. The Agreement
By browsing, ordering, or subscribing, you agree to these terms. If you do not, please do not use the site.
2. Orders and Payment
All prices are in USD. We accept major credit cards via Stripe. Your order is not final until payment clears and we ship. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (with a full refund) for reasons including suspected fraud, inventory issues, or pricing errors.
3. Shipping
Shipping timelines are estimates. See our Shipping page for details. Risk of loss transfers to you when we hand the package to the carrier.
4. Returns and Refunds
See our Returns page. Custom sticks and personalized orders are non-refundable unless defective.
5. Subscriptions
Subscriptions auto-renew on the interval you selected (monthly or bi-monthly). You can pause, skip, or cancel anytime from your account. No cancellation fees.
6. Intellectual Property
All site content (text, images, logos, scent names, designs) is owned by Pocket Products LLC or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without written permission.
7. Product Information
The aroma of this oil is similar to the fragrance listed, but is not made by or for the original designer. Oil names, trademarks, and copyrights are owned by their respective manufacturers or designers. Pocket Products LLC has no affiliation with the original designer or manufacturer. The aromas that we offer are similar to the original designer fragrance, but please do not be confused or assume that these are made by or for the original designer.
8. Disclaimer
Our products are cosmetics for external use only. Discontinue if you experience irritation. We are not responsible for allergic reactions. Keep away from eyes, and store out of reach of children.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Texas law. Any dispute will be resolved in Texas courts.
